First decision

When we should choose something else

FAQ
Is this legal advice?
No. We point out privacy considerations and known requirements, but for legal assessments you should use a lawyer.
Does the EU AI Act apply in Norway?
The Act is to be incorporated via the EEA, and the government is working on a Norwegian AI act. We take the requirements into account already, especially the requirement to label chatbots.
Is there public funding for AI?
SkatteFUNN applies to research and development projects, not ordinary adoption of existing tools. We make no promises about funding, but can point to relevant schemes.
What if the plan shows AI does not pay off?
Then we say so. A no is also a useful result.
