Over 8 years of Norwegian and international design experience. Specialist in accessibility (WCAG) and user-centered design.
Technical Team - Bangladesh (Remote Support) -----
Senior Developer
React, Node.js, PHP/Laravel. 6+ years in international projects. Working Norwegian working hours for seamless collaboration.
Cloud & DevOps
AWS and Azure certified. Responsible for hosting, CI/CD pipelines, and security for all customer projects.

All customer contact, contracts and delivery responsibilities are handled from Bergen by Norwegian/Norwegian-registered company representatives.

Employment law
Norwegian employees have contracts under the Working Environment Act. Remote workers have their own contracts according to local legislation with an ethical labour clause.
