YOUR BUSINESS / A CLEAR REASON TO INVEST

Why this service may be the right next step

Reports count enquiries but do not show their source, owner or next stage. Agree metric definitions and reconcile the dashboard with source records.

Start with the bottleneck you can describe and verify. The useful question is not how many features can be added, but which customer or team task becomes clearer, quicker or more reliable. We agree that task before proposing the work.

01 / SERVICE INFOGRAPHIC

What happens between your request and the result

  1. Define the metrics that matter

    Usually 5–7 numbers, not 40.

  2. Connect data sources

Forms, CRM or manual sheet import.

  3. Build the board

    Desktop + phone readable.

  4. Review ritual

    Agree who looks weekly.

This is a proposed working process. Timing, responsibilities and acceptance checks are agreed for your project.

02 / DIGITAL GROWTH MAP

A visible link between the work and the benefit

  1. The starting problem

Reports count enquiries but do not show their source, owner or next stage.

  2. The work we agree

Agree metric definitions and reconcile the dashboard with source records.

  3. What you receive

  4. How to judge the benefit

Data freshness; source coverage; reconciled totals.

For a business owner

Connect the work to a real operational or customer-facing issue. Choose the first improvement, name the person who will keep it up to date, and agree what would count as a useful result.

Data freshness; source coverage; reconciled totals.

For an independent professional

A clearer offer, professional presentation and an easier enquiry or working process can support a personal practice too. Use only the parts relevant to your work. A personal portfolio does not automatically need inventory, a CRM or paid advertising; start with the customer task you actually have.

03 / WHY WORK WITH ALIN DIGITAL

A clear process from first conversation to handover

Scope you can review

Know the deliverables, exclusions and approval points before the build. Ask which accounts, files and access remain yours.

A sample before a full rollout

Review a relevant sample or pilot against your task. Approve the direction before repeating it across the project.

Checks that match the job

Test the customer journey and agreed outputs. A visual approval alone does not establish that forms, calculations or integrations work.

A practical handover

Agree who maintains the result, what instructions are included and how support requests or changes are handled.

Agree the measures before work begins and review the result against the starting point. Market conditions, your offer and ongoing upkeep also affect rankings, sales and professional outcomes.

How the software supports daily work

A dashboard is useful only when the team agrees what its numbers mean. An advertisement click, a WhatsApp button click, a genuine enquiry and a paying customer are different events. Counting them as the same conversion makes marketing look stronger than the sales pipeline. For a Bangladesh agency or local service business, build a small measurement dictionary before designing charts. Record the event, its source, its owner and when it is considered valid.

Connect the advertising view to the lead workflow using stable identifiers where practical. Preserve campaign tags, but do not put names, telephone numbers or email addresses in analytics event parameters. A customer may discover a business through one channel and return through another, so the dashboard should explain attribution limits rather than promise a perfect source for every sale.

Use explicitly labelled example arithmetic when planning targets. If an assumed campaign spend is BDT 10,000 and it produces 20 verified enquiries, the example cost per enquiry is BDT 500. That is a calculation, not a market benchmark or forecast. Add service fees and other costs when assessing total acquisition economics; avoid hiding them inside an attractive advertising-only number.

Reconcile a sample every week: open the source form or CRM record and compare it with the dashboard. Track missing campaign information, duplicates and delayed sales updates. Stop using a metric for budget decisions if its definition or data feed is broken. A small report with honest gaps is more useful than a colourful dashboard with false precision.

From input to outcome

  1. Define business events
  2. Capture allowed campaign information
  3. Deduplicate verified enquiries
  4. Match outcomes with the sales team
  5. Review spend and qualified results

Measure progress: Qualified enquiries; total acquisition cost; duplicate rate; missing source data.

FAQ

Questions before
you get started.

These answers are meant to make the service easier to understand before a consultation.

Is this Google Analytics?+

No — this is operational leads, not only traffic. We can use GA as one source of truth for web enquiries.

Do we need a full CRM first?+

Helpful but not required; a dashboard can start from form exports and grow.
