What you’ll do

Core work: finding leads, outreach, follow-up, and WhatsApp / client conversations as scoped.

  • Find local businesses and qualified prospects (field + online)
  • Respectful outreach — calls, messages, visits
  • Listen for needs: website, brand, SEO, ads, software, and more
  • Follow up, qualify meetings, and hand off cleanly to the delivery team
  • Handle WhatsApp / client conversations within the agreed scope

  • Fluent Bangla (English a plus when needed)

How commission works

This is not a fixed-salary office job. Earnings come from closed deals / agreed commission. Percentage, payment trigger, and which services count are agreed clearly before you start. We do not advertise guaranteed monthly salary ranges.
