At Alin Digital (alindigital.com) we want you to start a project with confidence. Here is exactly when, and how much, you get back.

  1. Cancel before work starts

    100% of your advance payment is refunded.

  2. After work starts, before the first design/demo is shown

    50% of your advance payment is refunded.

  3. After the first design/demo is approved

    No refund from this point, but we keep revising until the work is right.

  4. Monthly services (marketing, SEO, maintenance)

    Cancel any time and you will not be billed from the next month. The current month is not refunded.

  5. Not refundable

    • Domain
    • Hosting
    • Ad spend paid to Facebook/Google
    • Purchased software licences

  6. When you get your money back

    Within 7 working days of your written request, by the same method you paid (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank).

  7. If we fail to deliver on time or as agreed

    If it is our fault, you get a full refund.
