Can parents talk to it by phone?
No. It works in text chat: WhatsApp, Facebook and your website.
Will it share student results in chat?
Personal data is not shared in normal chat. If needed, we can discuss a separate secure setup.
Can the AI give wrong answers?
It can, so it answers only from information you approve, passes anything it does not know to a person, and we review chats in the first weeks to fix the rules.
What do we do when there is a new notice?
Add it in the agreed place; we train your office staff how to do it.
